Everyone has problems, we wouldn’t be human if we didn’t. The big question is how do you deal with them.
When the big unexpected bill turns up on the doormat, or your child is doing badly at school, or your partner announces they want space, there will be a certain way your mind deals with it, and it will mainly be due to habit and your conditioning.
Years ago, if I had a problem, especially prior to learning about personal development, I would get a problem I would worry and fret, about it a lot, discuss it with whoever would listen, in hindsight the more I focused on it the more it would perpetuate, and what you focus on you get more of, in other words I was making the problem bigger than it was. Now things have dramatically changed, I would say If a problem occurs I’m more solution orientated, I immediately start thinking of how I’m going to solve it. If I can’t solve it I discuss it with my daughterRachel Denison, who is the most solution orientated person I know. The two of us together can take on the world, we are a dynamic duo haha.
So if a problem occurs start getting creative about how you are going to solve it, and do it straight away, don’t sit on the problem for too long.
Your peace of mind depends on it.
Make your mantra :-
Nothing is more important than I feel good.
Become solution orientated and get back to your dynamic, unstoppable
