Acceptance

Hi friends,

Acceptance
When we except ourselves and others exactly as they are, it’s a very high vibrational state of being and few achieve it, as it’s quite a difficult thing to do, because from a young age we’ve been conditioned to see people and situations in a certain way. We judge, criticise and blame all that’s around us.

We all do it to a certain extent, and what I’m suggesting here is to become more aware of it, in the moment you are about to criticise or complain, stop yourself and think and say something more positive that will uplift yourself and others. We must remember that like attracts like , so when you moan, criticise, complain, gossip no matter how justified it feels, that vibrational frequency/energy will come back to you, and at sone level you will find more things to complain about, or people will criticise or blame you. and this is not good for your personal growth and well being.

When we start with accepting ourselves just as we are it’s then easier to accept others. Louise Hay encourages mirror work, look in the mirror and sincerely say to yourself
“I love and approve of myself”
Some people find this hard to do, but with practice it will become easier.

Most people can find something they don’t like about themselves, either physically or in their character, it’s their figure they feel too fat, got a pop belly, love handles, bingo wing arms, and I say it’s who you are, learn to love and accept yourself and these so called flaws, it’s only you who notices anyway, everyone else is consumed with themselves.

When you come from a place of acceptance you will find an inner peace, you will feel centred and confident, a complete sense of well being and your true self will be revealed. It’s a divine quality well worth cultivating and today let your mantra be :-

I accept myself and others

Have a wicked Wednesday

Lots of Love
