I’ve had the above book for a few years and have read it once when I first bought it, I’ve just read it again and it’s had a profound affect on me, which I will share with you.

The book is about mastering the art of manifestation, of which I do know the basic principles, but there are some aspects that stand out, which I intend to practice.

He talks about redefining your self concept and challenging any aspect of yourself that limits you in any way. Wayne has studied the Ascended Master Saint Germain and the “I am” Discourses, which teaches you to prefix anything you desire to happen with “I Am” instead of “I will” or “I want”, because the “I am” puts in your mind that you already are what you desire, therefore thinking from the end and being a vibrational match to your desire, whereas the “I will” puts you in a place of its not happened yet, it’s in the future and that’s where it will stay. For example:-
I am love
I am peace
I am joy
I am creative 
I am happy
I am powerful

You can feel the difference in your emotions, like it’s already happening now, and it feels good.

Wayne talks about the imagination and how it’s the one area that’s your very own corner of freedom, that most people don’t use to it’s full capacity. You can literally imagine anything you want and when you use feelings and emotions too, it’s the first step in manifesting your desire.

Wayne talks about the last 5 minutes before going to sleep, which is the alpha level of mind, being the most important, it’s where all your programming of your mind goes on. Sleep is where your subconscious is most at home, the subconscious being the part of your mind that dominates your life, where you’ve learnt to drive and swim and you now do it automatically. The subconscious is very obedient and will do anything and believe anything you tell it, so good positive appreciative thoughts prior to sleep will be embedded into your subconscious, and affect you in the morning and your future.

Yes, the book was a good read and I recommend it. I will practice what I’ve just talked about, to enhance my Positive Attitude, which for me and everyone else is a work in progress.
