Setting Intentions

Hi friends
Setting Intentions
I spent 7 months preparing for my Everest Base Camp adventure, not only getting all the specialist equipment together, such as top of the range trekking poles, head torch and sunglasses, but also emotionally.
A month before the trip I spent a lot of time mentally preparing, and I called it The Emotional Journey to Everest Base Camp, of which I had a journal of that name, it entailed principles I’ve learnt about the law of attraction such as visualisation, meditating, focus wheels, getting excited, following my passion and much more.
Part of that mental preparation was setting intentions, meaning I clearly stated to myself mentally and written in my journal important things I wanted to happen on that trip, and I knew that if I did the universe would deliver them to me.
There are some things that I now know for sure will happen, almost to the point where I don’t have to state an intention because it just flows through my veins as if it’s the most natural thing in the world, and that is, I knew I would have an amazing time, meet a lot of interesting people and have wonderful experiences.
But my 3 intentions were:-
To be safe at all times, never feeling alone and know that Arch Angel Michael is with me wherever I go.
To be very organised, as I was living for nearly a month out of 12 colourful bags, and I knew that if I wasn’t it would affect the smooth running of the trip.
To enjoy well being, so stating to myself what I clearly wanted, not what I didn’t want and that was to get altitude sickness.
So this is how those very clear intentions played out, and how the universe delivered them to me.
Firstly, as you know there was an earthquake, I boarded the plane on 25th April 2015, it was supposed to take off at 10.00 am but it was 10.15 am, the earthquake was at 11.56 so I missed it by one hour 40 minutes.
The whole trip was completely smooth running, nothing went wrong with my travel plans. Whilst trekking and living out of 12 colourful bags I lost only a lipgloss, and I knew where everything was at all times, bearing in mind that each day we would have to pack up all our belongings and trek to our next destination.
I did enjoy well being mostly throughout the trip, the main thing being I did not want to experience altitude sickness as I knew that would jeopardise me getting to Everest Base Camp which was my goal. That’s not to say I didn’t have any ailments because I did, such as headaches, dizziness, upset tummy, but I recovered and was able to continue the adventure.
My 3 clear intentions were without a doubt met by our forever faithful friend The Universal Manager, who was there absolutely for me all the way.
We are loved, cherished, watched over, guided, supported, inspired, appreciated at all times, by The Universe, Angels, God, Source Energy, the Divine, call it what you will.
All you have to do is ask and it is given, but you have to believe it, and I think my 3 very clear intentions demonstrate without a doubt that this is the truth.
Have a fab day
Love from
