Use Reminders
As we move through this life experience, it’s inevitable at times that we find ourselves on a not so positive path.
We know when this happens because our guidance system is telling us, this doesn’t feel good so follow another route.
But when we are in the midst of the negativity it feels hard to do this, so it’s a good idea to have reminders up our sleeve to stay positive, that we have identified before hand.
It could be anything from going for a walk in the fresh air, watching that favourite film or ring an uplifting friend.
I have favourite affirmations that always get me into that good feeling place such – things are always working out for me, and –
Nothing is more important than I feel good.
Only you know what’s right for you, because it feels so right and good.
When we open the channels to our positivity even more will flow in, and this is how we are meant to live, in alignment with our higher self.
